Manqi Han is a licensed attorney with Washington D.C Bar and Washington State Bar. Currently, she is an immigration attorney, practicing at San Diego, California.

Manqi has broad legal knowledge both in Chinese Law and American Law. She graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a J.D. degree. She earned a LL.M. degree in Environmental and Resources Law from the University of Utah College of Law. She also received her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees in P.R. China.

Manqi obtained working experiences with several American law firms. She worked as an International Trade Consultant for O’Melveny & Myers, LLP at Washington, D.C. Manqi worked as an associate attorney in corporate and securities areas at Pirsch & Associates, LLC. She focused on immigration issues at Brij M. Kapoor, P.C. She also practiced with Advantia Law Group.

Manqi is a member of Han & Associates. Her practice focuses on EB-1(a), EB-1(b), EB-1(c), EB-5 Investors, NIW, PERM, Family-based immigration, K-1/K-2, K-3/K-4, work permit, re-entry permit, naturalization, non-immigration petition and visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, E-3), and change of status.

Manqi is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and a founding member of San Diego Chinese Lawyer Association. Manqi is also the winner of Volunteer of the Month of King County Bar Association of Washington.

Manqi has written many immigration articles that were published in San Diego Chinese Tribune, Duowei Times, and Chinese Seattle News. She also co-authored International Economic Law – Cases and Materials. She has passed China National Bar Examination. She is fluent in both English and mandarin Chinese.
